My Most Used Postpartum Items

Postpartum Items

Well, we have been a family of four for a little over a month now so I figured I would share what postpartum items I have used the most since giving birth.

Postpartum Items

My support bloomers have still been coming in clutch. Fortunately, my pelvic pain went away as soon as Eden was born so the bloomers are no longer saving me from pain but rather giving me great support for my post-c-section body.

Also in that category would be the Frida Mom Peri Bottle. It is superior to the one they give you at the hospital and a must for postpartum care at home.

I have also been loving my Momcozy Nursing Bra’s and Wearable Breast Pump! The bras are easy to snap, discrete under my clothes, and make me feel pretty. The pump has great suction and it has been so nice to pop in while the baby is sleeping and I am doing chores around the house. Use the code Tilley15 on Momcozy.com for 15% off your order!

My last most used postpartum items are the…

Happiest Baby Swaddle – I don’t know why 5 seconds with this swaddle feels so much faster than 7 seconds with others but I guess when you are trying to sleep, every moment counts.

Bert’s Bees Burp Clothes – These are very basic looking but I prefer them because they fold easily to tuck under my baby’s chin when she is nursing at night and they absorb well. This is helpful because sometimes at night she will unlatch a few times in the beginning of nursing while her bowels wake up lol. I don’t like her or my bed to be covered in breastmilk so these clothes have been the most useful. I also like the grey color because then I can see where the cloth is wet even at night.

Changing Pad Liners – These are probably my “most used for the longest time” item! I used these with my first daughter until she was out of diapers. They are great for protecting the changing table or couch from messes at home AND for using on public changing tables while out.

And that is it! Simple!

Mommas, what postpartum items have you found most useful?
