This is a project I have been dying to do…a beach hat like this one. Obviously it is out of my budget but it inspired me to make my own version! So I went to the craft store and decided to use Paracord to spell out my word because it is easy to maneuver and it comes so many bright colors.    

To attach the paracord to my hat, I used a simple needle and thread.

Begin by deciding where you want the first letter to start, add stitches to hold it in place.

Continue with the cording, stitching along on each twist and turn as you spell out the word of your choice. 

After a weekend spent on a boat with friends and dinner with my fam, “blessed” felt like the best possible word to put on my hat. Plus, since I handle so many businesses’ social media accounts, y’all know I am never “offline.” Lol.
