Well if that isn’t the most bland looking room you have ever seen, I don’t know what is! Don’t you worry though, I am on it! The floors have already been ripped out to showcase the most beautiful hardwoods! 

As I have mentioned before, decorating for me is a marathon but here is what I am thinking for our master bedroom.

When I originally thought of our bedroom, I pictured a upholstered headboard (like this one), mirrored night stands and lots of crystal…BUT as a married lady, I have more than my opinion to take into account. My husband mentioned that he wanted a wood bed and he is so sweet and always goes along with my design plans SO I decided we would look for a wood bed like he wants!

This slay bed immediately caught my eye when I began my hunt. I plan to keep the bedding simple (for easy making) and as plush as possible for optimum comfort!

We already have white dressers so two nightstands like these would fit perfectly. Or these. Toped with gold trinkets and a lamp like such on each side. 

I will add a bench that I have similar to this one to the end of the bed and maybe cover it in a faux lamb skin rug and a few throw pillows for more texture. 

The rug will be neutral like this one and of course we will have to have a fiddle fig leaf tree in this room too. Lol #addicted.
