Monochromatic colors are defined by wikipedia as colors (i.e. tents, tones, shades) of a single hue. Today, I chose white with cream and gold hues. I love a neutral look for any time of year, but you know I had to add a few pops of color. This bag has been on my shoulder since I got it in December and the sunglasses are another one of my everyday accessories. All together they create a fresh look that says, “I am ready for spring but not crazy enough to pretend like its not still freezing out like the rest of the fashion blogging community.” Lolz.
I am so ready for the weekend but have a to-do list a mile long…I feel like I have tons of momentum while making the list but when it comes time to actually acting on the list I am soooo lazy. Anyone else like that? The hubs is out of town though so I feel like I should be able to accomplish more than usual.
I am looking forward to one item on my list…house shopping! Plus my mom is coming in town to help (praise hands emoji)! We’ve got a lot of options to look at and one even has the kitchen of my dreams. Although, I still can’t stop thinking about the fixer upper we saw a few weeks ago. The owner is asking more than we want to pay, so it is unfortunately out of the running for now. Curse you Joanna and Chip for infecting me with the fixer upper bug!
