Vacation Work Out

Hi there! Long time, no see! I am sorry I have been M.I.A… Puerto Rico relaxation really got the best of me. It was an AMAZING trip and I will be posting a recap of ALL the fun things we did this weekend but for now I wanted to share a work out I did while on the trip, compliments of my friend and that’s becoming a trainer, Jacquelyn! These moves are easy and can be done anywhere AND they made me feel less guilty about my fruity rum drinks…
Since it was a surf trip the boys woke up early every morning and headed to the beach. I would sleep till around 8 or 9 and then head outside to get a quick work out in. It was SO nice to have that peaceful time to myself. Working out isn’t half bad in the tropics! 
I started with a warm up of 30 lunges: 15 one way and 15 back. 
Then, to get my obliques I did these side crunches with extended legs. Do 25 per side.
 Then its time for spiderman planks (the name of these always gets me excited)! 
Get in the plank position and bring your knees to you elbows. 
20 times per leg, alternating pretty please!
Next, bicycles! Lean back and circle your legs like you are riding a bike for 60 seconds. 
THEN comes the hard part…reverse peddle for 60 seconds. Gets me every time…
 I wanted to do a little arms as well so we threw in a slow, half push up. Do two reps of 15 of these. Make sure to keep you booty down 😉
 I finished the workout off with some relaxing stretching….the breeze was so nice there, I didn’t mind working out one bit! I was livin’ the dream…
