Friendsgiving!

I have so much to be thankful for this Holiday season. When I moved to North Carolina, it was hard to find people I really clicked with…I now have friends that I have a blast with, care for and plan to have in my life forever. I am truly blessed and what better way to celebrate than with a…
F R I E N D S G I V I N G ? !

To begin our day of festivities we saw the new Hunger Games movie. I give it 5 stars. Can’t wait for the next one to come out.

After the movies we made a trip to the grocery store then headed to the house where we made drinks, set the oven on 350 and to began cooking!
We made the works…potato casserole, green bean casserole, corn pudding, mac and cheese, rolls, and stuffing! Throw in a rotisserie chicken (because a Turkey seemed too complicated) and turkey shaped butter and we were good to go! We made so much that after just a few bites of each dish, we were beyond full.
The Thanksgiving section of Swoozies was one my my main inspirations to do a Friendsgiving! The glitter chargers, napkins and turkey name tags are all from there!
They have the prettiest festive décor!
When it came to shopping for Thanksgiving outfits, I wanted something comfy and slouchy to accommodate my impending full tummy (enter monkey covering his eyes emoji here).
This H&M sweater does just that (I am wearing a XS/S)!
The look is polished off with boots and a necklace.

Any one else celebrating Friendsgiving? I’d love to hear other traditions!
