One of mine and my husband’s favorite things to do is host our friends! We are constantly having people over for pool parties or just a night of casual burgers on the grill (except for when Deacon steals them 🙈 he ate 4 RAW burgers a few weeks ago…we couldn’t believe it).

Recently we had some friends down to the Outer Banks with us and had a blast! After a night of picking and eating freshly caught blue crabs, I saved some meat to make omelets the next morning!

You could say it turned into a “crabby brunch” with the crab omelets and these adorable serving pieces from Laure Louis Designs (use code TILLEY2018 for a discount!).

I have been picking blue crabs since I was a little girl so we have found tons of ways to repurpose the meat that’s left over but omelets are my favorite! (Check out my tutorial on how to pick crabs here)

It is a rather simple meal that always “wows” guests!

And we all know, no crabby brunch is complete without mimosas! I love that this ice bucket can also keep my champs cool 😎.

The double wall insert on the ice bucket also allows you to switch out the design depending on the occasion! I have my eye on this palm print next time around 😉!

Laurie Louis Designs paper products helped me coordinate the tablescape with corresponding place cards and coasters…so cute right?!

Mmm… and would you look at the backfin falling out of the omelet 🤤🙌

The tray (which can also easily be changed from the crab to another design too) helped us make an easy transition from the table to the pool with the mimosas as well 😉! Gotta love convenience!

This may have been a “crabby brunch” but no one was crabby during or after 😉!

What are some of your favorite serving items when hoasting?
