I know I can’t be the only one wondering how on Earth we go from having 80 degree days in February to 40 degree days in March. Perhaps my biggest bone to pick with the weather though is that the warm days are during the week and the cold days are during the weekend! Oy vey…

At least that means my failing to break out my spring wardrobe was not in vain. This sweater (only $15) is my first tip toe into the lace up trend. I gotta say, I am feelin’ it. I wore this to breakfast last weekend and not only did it keep me cozy in the morning air, but I received so many compliments on it!

It is from Shein and if you haven’t ordered from there before, let me give you the low down. It is an awesome place to get great trendy, inexpensive pieces. A few words to the wise:

• Read the item reviews for sizing suggestions (be weary of items with no reviews…could be great but could be risky)
• Don’t plan on wearing the item that weekend. It is coming from a farrrr away land. Lol.
• Stock up. Since it is coming from so far, I try to get few things per order. I am loving all their summer wear so I’ll probs be putting in an order soon. Plus stocking up on those on sale winter items is always a plus this time of year.

I am super excited to break these mules out again though. Mules are so on trend right now and I love it. They don’t rub your heels (because there’s nothing on your heels). They can be fancy or casual and are so comfortable. I got mine from the Foxy Flamingo last year but I linked two others in different price points below for y’all 😉
