My main reason in life for not cooking/baking is I hate making a mess. How pitiful, right? There are just so many dirty dishes involved that most times it feels like more work than reward.

My mindset has stayed the same but I recently picked up “The Year of Cozy” from my local Anthropologie and I it has me feeling excited for fall and the holiday’s.

It is full of pumpkin spice, warm beverages and tasty sounding soups.

I know you are probably reading this post wondering if I made any of them (as it is “Make it Monday”…lol, not yet. All I made this Monday was a mess but it had a purpose! I had a little styled shoot at my home because I am taking over Anthro of Virginia Beach’s instagram this week! Follow along here as I take you behind the scenes into what a normal day as a freelancer looks like! Well…with a little fluff thrown in 😉 .

In other news…

The hubs and I are headed to Utah this week and it has me making a mess all over our entire house! The weather can range from 90 degree to 60 soooo clearly I am trying to pack my whole wardrobe. Should be interesting. If you have been to Utah or glamping please let me know what you brought! Also adventure suggestions would be amazing as well! We are going to go to Arches…maybe rent a ATV…def eat s’mores…all the fun stuff.
