Big things have been going down this week, y’all. We have a new house (pending inspection) and we couldn’t be more excited!! Your prayers have been so appreciated through this craziness. House shopping is not for the faint of heart. We spent every ounce of free time looking and it truly got exhausting. God is so good though and I am excited to share the house with you all. Prepare for tons of DIY and decorating posts! It really doesn’t feel like real life and although we will probably be eating beans for the next year of our lives, we went out to celebrate!
This outfit was perfect for a mid-week date night/celebration! The jeans are my all time fav and so flattering. And they are less than $10 (cray). The top keeps it casual, while the wedges dress it up. I am all about the color cognac too so the tassel necklace and bag tied everything together perfectly (colorful tassel tutorial here).
Jeremiah 29:11 just keeps playing over and over again in my head…it is true for you, for me and for my husband, Ryan, today and everyday. “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” We didn’t know this would be the end result but I pray we can make Him proud with what he has blessed us with.
