I have been traveling all over the east coast this week! I spent a day in DC and then a few days in NYC! It has been so fun but EXTREMELY cold, omg. Layers were a must. I wore multiple pairs of leggings and even a turtleneck under my sweater.
We spent one of the days I visited shopping and checking out the flower district. I had never seen that side of New York! We went into store upon store that sold nothing but plants! I had a real good time playing with the succulents haha. I guess they really do have everything in NYC…and my bff is the best guide. She knows her way allllll around the city and the coolest secret spots since she is in the costume design business.
It was such a cool adventure and so good to see her, but I am excited to be at home tonight with my man (after my 6.5 hour drive, meh). I cooked him our fav chili before I left so he wouldn’t starve all week but I know it hasn’t kept him as warm as my cuddles will. Lolz. So cheesy, but true 🙂
