This post should actually be called “Lady in Pleather” because I am wearing all faux leather in today’s look BUT then there would be no alliteration in the title…and I love alliteration soooo…
As soon as I saw this style of skirt on a few of the bloggers I follows’ sites (like Haute off the Rack in this jean version #cute), I was on the hunt for one of my own. I tried on a few at various places but found this one at Forever 21 and made it mine (I am wearing a medium, fyi). The faux leather is great for fall and I can totally see it with a chambray button down or a floral pattern sweater…oh, the possibilities. I also love the color. Cognac has always been a fav of mine because I feel like it matches my hair. Does anyone else like when things match their hair? Haha. I am on the hunt for the perfect cognac booties though so if you see some, holler at your girl. {Update, the forever skirt sold out but I almost got this one instead. Great quality, just a tad different}
