My bridal shower yesterday was so full of laughter and love. My aunts did such an amazing job! And how gorg is this picturesque backyard on the water?! I took a day off my diet and indulged in Monte Cristo sandwiches, onion quiche and of course champagne {just to name a few of the delectable items on the menu}. We played the newly wed game and it was hilarious! Ryan had recorded himself on video answering questions a few days earlier and I had to guess how he had answered! I honestly only got 50% of the questions right! Ops…haha (insert monkey covering eyes emoji). BUT in my defense, some were hard or could have had multiple right answers! It was a blast though. I also got to see some ladies I hadn’t seen in a while which made me feel oh so special 🙂
I choose this dress for the special occasion because I love the a-line silhouette (wearing a size small). It is flattering on any figure and although I usually gravitate towards lace for my bridal looks, I figure I can wear this little number again since it is very much like a sun dress. The quality of the material is great so I can dress it up or down.
